Terms of Service

1. Service provider

The Systim60 platform is provided by SYSTIM Sp. z o.o., ul. Morska 149/U2, 81-222 Gdynia, Poland, KRS 0001074262, NIP 9581739609, REGON 527165090.

2. Services

We provide online software (SaaS) for invoicing, accounting, HR, warehouse and CRM, under licences described on the Products page. Services are provided to businesses (B2B).

3. Account and verification

The customer must provide true and complete company data. We may verify the customer's identity, beneficial owners and source of funds in line with our AML Policy and may refuse or suspend service if verification fails.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are given in EUR net of VAT. Licences are paid in advance by bank transfer or approved payment methods. Cash payments are not accepted.

5. Customer obligations

The customer may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, tax fraud or sanctions evasion.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for 99.5% availability. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the last 12 months, except where the law does not permit such limitation.

7. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted to info@systim60.com or by phone +48 61 880 30 33. We respond within 14 days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the seat of the service provider.
